How to open a ticket




How to log a Ticket with Otel


STEP 1

Client must log onto : http://billing.otelafrica.com/clientarea.php

Once logged in, they will come across the below screen.





















STEP 2.

To open a ticket, the must click on “Open New Ticket” as highlighted in red.


















STEP 3.

Once “Open New Support Ticket” has been clicked, Client will come across the below screen to select which department they require assistance from as encircled in red.
























STEP 4

Once a department has been selected, the Client will be required to complete the relevant information. Client to provide in detail what the issue is on the message box.





STEP5

Once client is happy with information provided, they will click “Submit” below as shown

Once this is done all the above steps are done, the client will receive a ticket ref which cal also be viewed under their client area.



The client can also send an email to support@otelafrica.com.
