From the VoIP Control Panel Select Incoming Call Rules.

From Incoming call rules, Select Transfer to,

Insert the number you want to transfer to and select ring the for ‘30’ seconds

When CallerID ‘Is any’ and Time interval  ‘Anytime’ extension status is ‘not registered’ and call status was ‘does not matter’

Once you are done click ‘OK’
